Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join our client, a renowned engineering company providing maintenance services for industrial equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales opportunities across the UK
- Cover a wide range of industries, including water and industrial sectors
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
- Provide technical advice and support to customers
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports
- Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM systems
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in B2B field sales, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
- Strong engineering knowledge, including mechanical and electrical principles
- Solution-based selling skills and a hunter mentality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management and negotiation skills
- A clean and valid driver's license

- Basic salary up to £60k
