We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in the Chelmsford, Essex area.

The hospital has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality care to individuals with mental health difficulties, including addictions, depression, anxiety, and stress.

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current active NMC Pin.

As a Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional care to patients with mental illness and personality disorder
  • Developing therapeutic relationships to optimize patient engagement
  • Following all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, respecting the rights of others, and promoting ethical practice
  • Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
  • At a more senior level, you will also be responsible for leading shifts and mentoring student nurses and other team members

The ideal candidate will possess:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary of £36,176 - £38,596 per annum DOE, as well as a range of benefits, including:
