Position:
Childcare Support Practitioner
Salary:
Competitive annual salary (with additional potential for sleep-in payments)
Employment Type:
Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week, following a two days on, four days off schedule)
Key Requirements:
- Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle
- Eligibility to work in the UK
As a Childcare Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in the lives of young individuals at our facility. You will be part of a dedicated team working with three children aged between 11 and 15 years, helping them to cultivate the skills and experiences necessary for a successful future.
Compensation Details:
In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive:
- Sleep-in payments of £45 per night
Work Schedule:
Two days on, followed by four days off, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
Location:
The role is based in a supportive environment, easily accessible from various surrounding areas.
We prioritize the safety and well-being of the young people in our care. All successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive DBS check, with the cost of the Update Service fee covered by the organization.
