An outstanding opportunity has emerged for a proactive pharmacist to become part of the Medicines Optimization Team within the NHS South East London Integrated Care Board. This full-time role as a Lead Pharmacist for Medicines Optimization involves collaborating with established teams that have a strong history of successful partnerships with local healthcare stakeholders. You will engage closely with various clinicians and stakeholders to influence healthcare delivery and NHS transformation across our diverse boroughs.
Key Responsibilities
Utilizing exceptional relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills, you will be an integral member of the Lewisham and Greenwich Place Medicines Optimization Teams. Your contributions will focus on promoting and executing safe, clinically effective, and high-quality medicines optimization initiatives throughout the healthcare landscape.
The role is designed to be non-patient facing, allowing for opportunities to engage in hybrid working arrangements. You will work in modern office environments, collaborating with local councils to enhance the quality of care provided to the communities.
About the Organization
The NHS South East London Integrated Care Board (NHS SEL ICB) is a statutory body within the NHS framework. Our mission is to unite partners involved in the planning and delivery of NHS services, ensuring that we meet the health needs of our population in south east London while executing the Integrated Care Partnership's strategic objectives.
Our collaborative network includes six local authorities, over 200 general practices, and several NHS trusts, all working together to provide comprehensive healthcare services.
