Property Manager, Block Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Kelly Parrish Recruitment Limited. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our clients' needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out periodic property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and preparing site reports.
- Preparing and working within budgets and maintaining client accounts.
- Ensuring that all necessary insurance policies are in place, including building, directors, and officers insurance.
- Dealing with breaches of the lease and liaising with landlords and leaseholders.
- Liaising with contractors to obtain quotes and appointing them as necessary.
- Managing property sales, including the assignment of leases.
- Dealing with complaints and using problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
- Previous experience in an office-based customer service or problem-solving role.
- A driver with a car, as travel is required.
- A degree-educated individual, with a minimum of A-level Maths and English.
- Ability to take part in and complete all mandatory online training courses.
- A starting salary of £26,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £3,500 per annum.
