About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our clients are satisfied with the service they receive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out periodic property inspections to ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and preparing site reports.
  • Preparing and working within budgets and maintaining client accounts.
  • Ensuring that the building, directors, and officers' insurance is in place.
  • Dealing with breaches of the lease and liaising with landlords and leaseholders.
  • Liaising with contractors to obtain quotes and appointing them to carry out work.
  • Property sales (assignment of the lease).
  • Dealing with complaints and using problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous office-based customer service/problem-solving experience.
  • To be a driver with your own car (due to the travelling involved).
  • Degree-educated, but a minimum of A-level Maths and English is considered.
  • To take part in and complete all mandatory online training courses.
