Information Governance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Governance Manager to join our team at NHS England. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of records and information across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance on records management and information governance to staff across the organization.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address information governance risks and opportunities.
- Lead audits and reviews of corporate records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to promote information governance and records management best practices.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as records management or information governance.
- Proven experience in information governance and records management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
