Commercial Account Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, from sole traders to large organizations, and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Review client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness, supporting the quoting process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards.
- Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention, exceeding customer expectations, and meeting FCA requirements.
- Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service, internal process execution, and informed analysis.
