About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team at A-Plan. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Process and manage client data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in achieving high levels of renewal retention and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to improve client services and business growth.
