Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our esteemed Contact Centre.

As a Customer Service Representative at the Charities Aid Foundation, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with both existing and prospective customers through telephone and written communication, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Establishing new accounts and setting up Direct Debits.
  • Processing contributions and managing charitable donation inquiries.
  • Responding to queries, including requests for assistance from charities, and guiding customers through their online experiences.

Ideal Candidate:

This position is suited for individuals with a background in Customer Service or relevant transferable skills who are eager to contribute positively to society. We are looking for candidates who possess:
