As a Customer Service Representative at the Charities Aid Foundation, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with both existing and prospective customers through telephone and written communication, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Establishing new accounts and setting up Direct Debits.
- Processing contributions and managing charitable donation inquiries.
- Responding to queries, including requests for assistance from charities, and guiding customers through their online experiences.
Ideal Candidate:
This position is suited for individuals with a background in Customer Service or relevant transferable skills who are eager to contribute positively to society. We are looking for candidates who possess:
