Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and inform them of new products and services.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM tool to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to learn about new products and services, and a cool temperament to overcome rejections.
  • Education: CeMAP qualification is an advantage.
