Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at ActiveQuote. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right insurance to meet their individual and family needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our insurer partners to determine the best policies and practices for our customers.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to explain policy details and address any concerns or complaints.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with FCA regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Math's and English at grade C or above.
  • Previous experience working in Private Medical Insurance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals in a competitive sales environment.
  • 1-year previous experience minimum within an FCA or regulated sales environment.
