Job Title: Investment Operations Specialist

Eximius Finance is seeking a highly skilled Investment Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Investment Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our investment activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trade Affirmation and Confirmation: Understand and manage trade affirmation and confirmation processes for all products, escalating issues to brokers or internal PMs as required.
  • Funding and FX Transactions: Assess funding requirements and fund central mandates, including requesting FX transactions.
  • Trade Lifecycles: Understand and manage trade lifecycles to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Cash and Stock Reconciliations: Complete daily cash and stock reconciliations, investigating and escalating issues as necessary.
  • IBOR vs ABOR Reconciliation: Complete the IBOR vs ABOR reconciliation process, investigating and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Fund Accounting Oversight: Oversee fund accounting service providers to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Operational Enhancement: Support operational enhancement testing and delivery of new business initiatives.
  • Error Reduction: Operate with minimal errors and ensure all team procedures are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio managers to provide value and support.
  • Risk Event Identification: Identify and report risk events in line with business expectations.
