We are currently seeking a CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist position within our Child Development Centre.
This is a new, permanent, full-time role. We are looking to fill this position promptly.
The successful candidate will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide care for children and young people with mental health needs.
Responsibilities include providing senior medical support and guidance to the team, working directly with young people and their families, and coordinating with external CAMHS mental health providers and acute hospitals as necessary.
Participation in the on-call rota is required, with a current frequency of 1:14, accompanied by a 3% of basic salary, Category A on-call supplement.
Commitment to collaborative working is essential, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals and agencies.
