As a vital member of a dynamic retail team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our products are processed efficiently, making them readily available for our customers. When required on the sales floor, your exceptional customer service abilities will be on full display. By adhering to all company policies and maintaining a positive work attitude, you will benefit from our commitment to your professional growth from day one. Role Overview:
To excel as a Delivery Team Member, you will ensure optimal stock availability for our clientele by:
Rapidly and accurately processing stock to the highest standards, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and organizing stock Presenting stock attractively and placing it on the sales floor or correctly storing it in stockrooms Maintaining cleanliness and organization in operational areas of the store Providing prompt and friendly service to customers from both back and front areas of the store, assisting on the sales floor as necessary Collaborating effectively with the store team, reporting to Coordinators or ManagersWe offer excellent benefits (see further list below)

An effective communicator who is approachable, composed, and efficient, even during peak times Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized, with a strong focus on accuracy You take pride in your work and tackle all tasks with enthusiasm and energy Comfortable working independently and keeping yourself engaged Adaptable, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile for your colleagues and customers Eager to take charge of your own professional developmentIn accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will need to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK before starting employment.
This position is not typically eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to relevant Home Office requirements on skill levels not being met. Candidates are encouraged to explore their own right to work options without sponsorship from NEXT.
