As a vital member of a dynamic retail team, your primary focus will be to ensure our products are processed efficiently, making them readily available for our customers. When required on the sales floor, your exceptional customer service abilities will be prominently displayed. Role Overview:
To excel as a Delivery Team Member, you will ensure optimal stock availability for our customers by:
Swiftly and accurately processing stock to the highest standards, which includes scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and organizing stock Presenting all stock beautifully and placing it on the sales floor or in the stockrooms appropriately Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and organization in operational areas of the store Providing prompt and friendly service to our customers from both back and front areas of the store, stepping onto the sales floor as necessary Collaborating effectively with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or ManagersWe offer an array of fantastic benefits (see further list below)
Candidate Profile:
An excellent communicator who is approachable, composed, and efficient – even during peak times Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized, with a keen eye for accuracy You take pride in your contributions and tackle all tasks with enthusiasm and energy Comfortable working independently and proactively managing your tasks Adaptable, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile for your colleagues and our customers Eager to take charge of your own professional developmentIn accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to demonstrate their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
This position is not typically one we would consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skill levels not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to explore their own right to work options without sponsorship from Next.
