About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to join our team in the low carbon fuels and chemicals sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for participating in and managing projects related to low carbon fuels and chemicals, including techno-economic modeling, supply chain analysis, and market research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in and manage projects on all aspects of low carbon fuels and chemicals, including techno-economic modeling, supply chain analysis, and market research.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of consulting market strategies, including thought leadership on the evolution of low carbon fuels and chemicals.
  • Communicate with clients on project and business development matters.
  • Contribute to internal and external communication activities, including participation in conferences.
About You

We are looking for a consultant with a demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction, who enjoys problem solving in a complex environment. You must also have enthusiasm, initiative, and a manifest interest in energy and sustainability.

Suitable candidates will have an excellent technical background in science or engineering (ideally to postgraduate level) relevant to low carbon fuels and/or chemicals, and prior relevant experience gained in a consulting or industry context.

Specific expertise in one or more of the following areas is sought: oil and gas (refining and petrochemicals), advanced biofuels, e-fuels and recycled carbon fuels, bio-based chemicals and materials, recycled chemicals and plastics covering aspects related to technologies, markets and policy, and supply chains.

Techno-economic, supply chain and market analysis expertise is particularly valuable.
