Job Title: Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Juice. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading product communications and digital content delivery for key accounts, including BMW UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee digital tools, platforms, and content to enable BMW retailers to sell with confidence.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver tailored digital solutions that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and development teams to produce cutting-edge comms and digital solutions.
  • Use data and analytics to track the effectiveness of digital tools and content, refining strategies to improve retailer engagement and product understanding.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management with a strong focus on digital platforms, tools, and content creation.
  • Proven success in managing high-profile accounts and delivering tailored digital solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
  • Strategic digital thinking and a solid understanding of digital tools, e-learning platforms, and how they can be leveraged to educate and empower retailers.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate across teams, articulate digital strategies clearly, and manage client expectations effectively.

Hours of Work:

This is a full-time role with a typical workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday. A hybrid working arrangement could be made available – with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
