About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Roe Deer. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and dishes to enhance our offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
