About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Data Architecture and Analytics to join our team at Nxera Pharma. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our data architecture and analytics strategy, driving business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Architecture and Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data architecture strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring seamless data integration and analytics capabilities across the organization.
  • Data Warehousing and ETL: Lead the development and implementation of ETL processes from internal and external data sources to build a proprietary data repository, enabling real-time decision-making.
  • Analytics and Business Intelligence: Develop an enterprise-wide analytics capability, comprising data engineers, analysts, and experts, to support business growth plans and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Visualization and Dashboarding: Enable the organization to develop skills in creation and utilization of data visualizations, driving effective decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with business functions to analyze internal and external datasets, providing actionable recommendations and insights to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in data architecture and analytics, with a strong track record of driving business growth and innovation in the healthcare industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in data warehousing, data cleansing, and data management concepts, as well as analytics, visualization, and dashboarding technologies.
  • Education: University degree in business, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, with a master's degree or data analytics degree a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive business growth and innovation through data-driven decision-making.
