Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field IT Break Fix Engineer to join our team on a 9-month contract. This role requires a full driving license and access to a car, as there will be travel involved every 6 months for audits.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Investigate and repair servers using HP server manager and HP ILO access to check and verify issues.
  2. Site decommissioning and exit procedures.
  3. Perform new site audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  4. Provide support via Service Now for DCM tasks related to TIR rooms, including assigning rack space, reporting site and TIR room/cabinet data for project managers, and assisting the DCM team with remote sites.
  5. Conduct regular audits every 6 months to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

  1. Driving license required for travel.
  2. Flexible working hours to accommodate distant sites and varying shift schedules.
