The Aerospace Training Specialist at Gold Group will evaluate and fulfill both client and technical training needs to develop pertinent training materials, objectives, and frameworks.

This position entails overseeing the design, execution, and evaluation of technical training initiatives. The specialist will establish methods for identifying training requirements and assessing the effectiveness of these initiatives. Furthermore, they will gather data to support thorough proposal development activities. The specialist will be responsible for implementing the training plans, ensuring uniformity through observations, training sessions, and coaching.

The Aerospace Training Specialist will be accountable for delivering all technical training to Part 145 personnel, ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards.

This training will include:
All technical training aligned with business requirements.

Ongoing training, including Human Factors (HF), Fuel Tank Safety (FTS), and Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS), both theoretical and practical.

Prepare and continuously improve technical training courses.

Develop instructional materials such as:
Course outlines, Lesson plans, Background material, Teaching resources, Training aids
Exhibit a high level of expertise in creating and delivering training across various formats, including Classroom-based, eLearning, and Virtual platforms.
Deliver hands-on technical training.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the capability to design and implement effective training programs that satisfy both organizational and operational needs.

Possess a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence, an Aerospace Engineering degree, or relevant experience in technical training for aircraft.
Experience in aircraft engineering or within a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment is essential.
Skilled in planning and adhering to deadlines set by management.
Proficient in utilizing Office 365.
Holding a relevant and recognized professional training certification.
