An exciting opportunity awaits for an Estates Manager in the West Midlands region. As a key member of the team at Vivid Resourcing Ltd, you will be responsible for managing estates and tenants, lease renewals, rent reviews, and leading a small team of Estates Surveyors. Your expertise in estate management, particularly within a local authority context, will be invaluable in helping implement a strategic Asset Management Plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage estates and tenants effectively, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing conflicts.
- Oversee lease renewals and rent reviews, ensuring fair and competitive terms.
- Lead a team of Estates Surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a strategic Asset Management Plan, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
- MRICS qualification is a must; Registered Valuer status is not mandatory.
- Proven experience in Estates Management, particularly within a local authority context.
- Enjoy a flexible work week with two days in-office presence and the convenience of remote work for the remainder.
