As a key member of our construction law team, you will work with top clients on non-contentious construction projects, engaging in diverse areas such as commercial buildings, engineering, energy, infrastructure, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and advise on construction documents: including consultant appointments, warranties, and development contracts
  • Support a variety of sectors: including living, office, retail, life sciences, energy, industrials, and transport
  • Assist in pitching for new work and managing client relationships: building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months' experience: in construction law with a non-contentious focus
  • Enthusiasm, proactivity, and a drive to develop professionally: a strong desire to learn and grow within the company
  • Strong drafting skills and practical legal advice: the ability to provide clear and concise legal advice
  • Efficient diary and task management: the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
