About the Role:

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Solicitor to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Senior Solicitor, you will work on high-profile transactions, advising clients in the retail, leisure, hotel, and private equity sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and Negotiate Contracts: You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating land contracts, including leases, development agreements, and purchase/sale contracts.
  • Commercial Property Advice: You will provide commercial property advice with a focus on practical outcomes, ensuring that clients receive expert guidance on their property-related matters.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including corporate, tax, and construction, to deliver high-quality results for our clients.
  • Business Development: You will engage in business development and networking within the industry, helping to grow our client base and expand our services.
