Job Summary:

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Solicitor to join our Real Estate team in Edinburgh. As a Senior Solicitor, you will work on high-profile transactions, advising clients in the retail, leisure, hotel, and private equity sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and Negotiate Contracts: Draft and negotiate land contracts, including leases, development agreements, and purchase/sale contracts, ensuring that all agreements are legally binding and meet the client's needs.
  • Provide Commercial Property Advice: Provide expert commercial property advice with a focus on practical outcomes, helping clients to achieve their business goals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including corporate, tax, and construction, to ensure that all aspects of a transaction are properly managed.
  • Business Development and Networking: Engage in business development and networking within the industry, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key clients and partners.
