About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and Mild Learning Disabilities in our Supported Living Service in Hereford.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living skills, including personal care, food preparation, and household tasks.
  • Assist with medication administration and manual handling as required.
  • Encourage socialization and community engagement, including accessing appointments and maintaining contact with family and friends.
  • Provide a safe and secure environment, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect for each individual.

Requirements

  • Qualification in health and social care (desirable) or experience working in supported living settings and/or with individuals with PMLD.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including alternate weekends.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
