We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting the independence, choice, dignity, and respect of our service users with Physical and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to individuals with PMLD, enabling them to live independently and make informed decisions about their lives.
- Develop and maintain person-centered support plans, tailored to the unique needs and goals of each service user.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support and care.
- Contribute to a safe and secure living environment, promoting the physical and emotional well-being of our service users.
