Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our close-knit team at Ganymede Solutions. As a key member of our SHEQ team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe operation of our sites and compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assurance, guidance, and support to project teams to deliver projects to the highest health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with site managers and colleagues to gain buy-in to our health and safety agenda.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and deliver educational tools to promote health and safety awareness and best practices.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience and expertise gained in a similar role, preferably in the rail industry or construction sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, to meet business needs.
