We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Ganymede Solutions. As a key member of our SHEQ team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe operation of our sites and compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assurance, guidance, and support to project teams to ensure the highest health and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with site managers and colleagues to drive positive change and improve health and safety performance.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and education to employees on health and safety best practices.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the rail industry or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
