Job Overview:
We are delighted to be partnering with a world-leading insurance company that is seeking a Development Underwriter within its highly successful Financial Lines team.
This company is well-renowned for providing innovative insurance solutions and uses its ingenuity to insure risks that others can't. The business is growing substantially year on year, and this new role has been created to help achieve the growth targets for its Financial Lines proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new business opportunities within your region
- Underwrite Professional and Management risks (including Technology) within your defined underwriting authority
- Identify and secure scheme opportunities
- Attend networking events
- Provide input to the Head of Financial Lines reporting on broker activity and new business production
Requirements:
It's essential that you have a successful track record of underwriting Professional Indemnity and Directors and Officers insurance.
