Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Personal Assistant to provide support to a 7-year-old autistic young lady in Hebburn. The successful candidate will work closely with the child and her family to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and engagement in social activities, such as going to the park, to enable the child to develop new skills and interests.
  • Assist the child in developing daily living skills, such as personal care and hygiene.
  • Support the child in accessing community resources and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the child's family to ensure a consistent and supportive approach.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with autism or similar needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
