Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Field Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and working on exciting projects to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to our growing base of small-to-medium clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Work on client sites, collaborating with our clients to understand their technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new projects, working closely with our technical team to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Work hands-on with technical issues, using your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
- You will need a driving license and access to a vehicle to travel to client sites.
Tech Stack
- Strong hardware skills, with experience in working with a range of technical equipment.
- Virtual Servers - Hyper-V/VMWare, with a strong understanding of virtualization technologies.
- Networking, with experience in designing and implementing network infrastructure.
- Routers/Switches, with a strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Strong 2nd Line IT knowledge, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
