We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Contracts Manager to join our team at Pharma Partners Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the local compliance framework and providing expert advice to our leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a robust compliance framework that ensures adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry codes.
- Stay up-to-date with changes to laws, regulations, and industry codes, and ensure their effective application.
- Provide training and awareness programs to ensure compliance across the organization.
- Maintain, update, and communicate key processes, SOPs, policies, and fair market value frameworks.
- Deliver regular reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Partner with Global Legal to manage contracting queries and negotiations.
- Support and advise the local Senior Leadership Team on compliance-related matters.
- Maintain expertise in data protection and ensure adherence to GDPR requirements.
- Liaise with Global teams to ensure local data protection requirements are met.
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in compliance and regulatory affairs, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of industry codes, laws, and regulations, including the ABPI Code and GDPR.
- Excellent business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to make risk-based decisions and drive business growth.
