Corporate Tax Director

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Director to join our team at PRO-TAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a key member of our Corporate and Business Tax team, you will play a crucial role in providing corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the delivery of commercially viable and technically excellent advice to clients involving tax due diligence, structuring, international and other advisory work.
- Lead tax audits for clients and prepare proposals for new work, including researching target client companies and technical issues to identify new solutions.
- Oversee the management of staff and actively seek opportunities for selling new services to existing clients.
- Educated to degree level, and CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
