**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Tax Director to join our London team. As a key member of our tax advisory team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the compliance function and taking ownership of all tax advisory projects that arise.
**Key Responsibilities**
---------------------
* Lead the tax advisory team in delivering high-quality tax advisory services to our clients
* Oversee the delivery of the compliance function, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tax returns and other compliance requirements
* Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiency
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of tax advisory services
**Requirements**
------------
* CTA qualified with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate tax
* Good working knowledge of capital allowances, corporate debt rules, group related corporate tax matters, partnerships, and tax accounting
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
