Job Title: CDM Principal Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDM Principal Designer to join our team at Brandon James. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and their employees.

About the Role:

As a CDM Principal Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design safety process for our clients' projects. This will involve managing design safety risks, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design safety process for client projects
  • Manage design safety risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design safety compliance
  • Develop and implement design safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular design safety audits and reviews
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction qualification (required)
  • Technical IOSH qualification (minimum)
  • APS membership (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a CDM role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
