Project Administrator

The University of Cambridge is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the successful implementation of the Mapping Archaeological Heritage in South Asia (MAHSA) project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor communications with international stakeholders and support the Project Coordinator and Principal Investigator.
  • Assist with the coordination of project activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining databases.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education to HND, HNC, level 4/5 vocational qualification or equivalent level of practical experience.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a research or academic setting.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
