We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Portico Corporate Reception Management. As a key member of our Welcome Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences within our iconic Embankment building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide five-star customer service to all visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of service quality and consistency.
  • Manage and adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, building trust and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience within a corporate or five-star hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
