Customer Service Ambassador

At Ocean Proximity Services Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


• Provide accurate and detailed information about our services, pricing, and policies.


• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.


• Maintain and update customer accounts and records.


• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.


• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:


• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


• Knowledge of the maritime industry is an asset.


• Fluency in languages other than English is an asset.
