Job Title: Mechanical Inspector

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Inspector to join our team at TechWaves Recruitment. As a Mechanical Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by inspecting, testing, and measuring parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify conformance to drawings and specifications by inspecting, testing, and measuring parts/components as part of the goods in process
  • Produce Non-Conformance Reports for failed parts, and work alongside the Supplier Quality Engineer for NCR resolution process across the supplier portfolio
  • Use the MRP system and when inspection is complete transferring parts into stock/Quarantine
  • Participate in root cause investigation and corrective actions for supplier quality concerns

Requirements:

  • Experience within a Quality team as a Quality Inspector
  • Ability to use basic hand tools for measurement
  • Ability to be creative and think outside the box
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
