Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our team at Employee Management Ltd (EML). As an Employment Tribunal Consultant, you will provide clients with expert advice and representation in Employment Tribunal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clients with guidance on complex employment law matters and support the wider team as needed.
  • Liaise with ACAS in respect of Early Conciliation claims.
  • Act as the client's representative in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including all advocacy.
  • Draft Settlement Agreements and related documents.
  • Prepare written briefings, reports, and articles on HR/Employment Law topics.
  • Design and deliver Employment Law training.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong academic record (degree level or equivalent).
  • Good eye for detail and excellent writing skills.
  • Adaptable and willing to take on a range of responsibilities.
  • Comfortable in identifying and progressing consultancy opportunities with new and existing clients.
