Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will leverage your prior experience in leading a customer-focused team. You will embody our mission and values, ensuring that our customers and partners enjoy a remarkable experience. You will analyze market trends, understand competitive dynamics, and identify opportunities to enhance store profitability.

A typical day in this dynamic environment may involve:

  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure that opening, closing, and weekend shifts are effectively managed by you and your team.
  • Utilizing data analysis and in-store observations to make informed decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and overall store performance.
  • Collaborating with store leadership to implement forecasting and scheduling tools that optimize labor management within budgetary constraints, as well as recruiting diverse and talented individuals to meet store demands.
  • Implementing new initiatives to promote operational excellence and drive business success.
  • Fostering the development of your team through performance coaching, building strong relationships to understand their challenges and aspirations.
  • Setting ambitious yet achievable goals to boost engagement and elevate team performance.

Due to the nature of our operations, flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, is essential.
