Retail Operations Leader

Location: Crawley

Key Responsibilities:

As the leader of one of our retail locations, you will guide a team of associates to enhance performance while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and product excellence. You will closely monitor the financial metrics of the store, identifying avenues for growth and executing strategies to meet sales targets and boost profitability.

Staying informed about relevant health and safety regulations, you will ensure compliance with all audit and security protocols, adhering to applicable laws regarding health, safety, and employment.

Essential Qualifications:

We are looking for a Retail Operations Leader who values diversity and inclusion, welcoming insights from individuals with varied backgrounds and experiences. You will actively share your knowledge while demonstrating empathy and understanding.

With a customer-first mindset, you will serve as a role model, showcasing dedication and adaptability in your work schedule, including evenings, mornings, and weekends. You will embody our core values and ensure your team is engaged in applying these principles daily.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing teams within a retail or hospitality setting
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated success in developing both personnel and business operations
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
  • Effective prioritization and delegation skills
  • Basic qualifications in English and Maths, with relevant experience valued over formal education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
