Business Development Manager
The Recruitment Solution (London) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining existing clients, prospecting new potential customers, and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role
- Confident communication skills and an outgoing personality
- Results-driven with a strong desire to exceed targets
- Excellent computer skills and data manipulation abilities
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Organized with attention to detail
