Regional Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Oversight: Provide strategic leadership and oversight to branch managers within the North/North East region, ensuring each branch meets its growth targets and provides exceptional service to client schools.
- Goal Setting and Performance Monitoring: Set clear goals and KPIs, and monitor regional performance against targets, making adjustments as needed to drive business growth.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards across all branches, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Business Development and Networking: Represent the company at regional events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the agency's brand and develop new business opportunities.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports to senior management on regional performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives being undertaken, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Staff Development and Succession Planning: Drive the continuous professional development of branch staff, ensuring a high-performance culture and effective succession planning to ensure business continuity.
- Commercial Acumen and Strategic Planning: Demonstrate a strong commercial acumen and strategic planning ability, driving business growth and expansion in the North/North East region.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and partnership.
- Travel and Flexibility: Ability to travel frequently within the region, with flexible working hours and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
- Competitive basic salary – commensurate with experience

- Full time permanent position (40 hours per week) with reduced working hours during school holidays
- Late start/early finish every Friday during term time
