Job Title: Director, Business Intelligence

Daxko is a leading provider of health and wellness solutions, and we're seeking a highly experienced Director of Business Intelligence to lead our business systems technology stack.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in business systems of record, including Salesforce and the ecosystem of tools that integrate with it. As a Director of Business Intelligence, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for our entire business technology stack, including but not limited to Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap to deliver a high-performing system of record that aligns with business goals and develops enhancements to existing processes to achieve efficiencies and drive strategic objectives.
  • Ensure that the technology stack and business data are scalable, secure, and capable of supporting future growth.
  • Establish and manage governance frameworks for system architecture, field governance, and data governance across sales, marketing, customer experience, finance, and legal.
  • Oversee the implementation of best practices in system usage, data integrity, and compliance.
  • Act as the liaison between stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Set priorities and allocate available resources for system enhancements and integrations across all business functions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years Salesforce technical experience across multiple Clouds - Sales, Marketing, Service, Experience, etc.
  • Deep expertise in the extended Salesforce ecosystem typical of a B2B SaaS organization including marketing automation, sales engagement, enrichment, lead routing, calendaring, contracting, and other necessary business tools.
  • Experience in managing a data strategy and implementing data warehouse solutions that support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation and integration projects including financial systems or help desk.
  • Track record of leading successful and impactful Business Systems teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and assess complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and business processes.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions that enhance system performance.
