Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to neonates and their families, ensuring a safe and compassionate environment.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote integrated family-centered care and reduce risk.
  • Supervise and support junior staff, students, and nursing associates to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and care practices.
  • Communicate effectively with families, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RSCN/RM) with a Neonatal Qualification in Specialty or equivalent.
  • Recent experience in caring for sick neonates in ITU/HDU/SCBU.
  • Leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
