Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Service Representative to join our team at Ellis James Partners. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide timely and professional assistance to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Documentation Management: Manage and prepare client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including client account management and data entry.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our financial advisors and the wider team to deliver a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a Client Servicing, Administrator, or Paraplanning role, ideally within a financial services firm.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Attitude: A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, committed and diligent.
