Job Opportunity

Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Car Sales Executive to join their client's sales department. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, working with individual customers to understand their needs, and guiding them towards the most appropriate product.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Demonstrating the most suitable options to the customer, understanding, and adapting to their buying strategy, and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives.
  2. Agreeing the price and payment method and any finance arrangements with the customer direct, working within company guidelines.
  3. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and contribute to the company's success.
  4. Liaising with Sales Administration to ensure product availability meets customer expectations, placing orders, and updating customer records.
  5. Ensuring each delivery is followed up with a personal call to check customer satisfaction and maintain contact to build relationships and future business.
  6. Planning and organizing daily selling activities, such as telephoning sales prospects to obtain new business.
  7. Collaborating with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers.
